Bookings need to be made in English.

 

The booking conditions are governed by English Law, and anyone booking on behalf of others undertakes to accept the conditions on their behalf.

Bookings must be made at least 30 days in advance.

 

When you first contact us, we will send you a copy of the full booking conditions.  If you wish to do so, you may make a preliminary booking on first contacting us.  You will then need to confirm this booking, after you have seen the booking conditions, by paying your deposit, (or, if appropriate, the full amount,) within 7 working days of the preliminary booking ( - or if you are outside of the UK, within 15 working days). 

 

Deposit 

 

On making a firm booking, a non-refundable deposit is required of £100 for each person included in the booking, except for children sharing a family room.


If a child is sharing a twin room with an adult, a deposit of £100 should be paid for the child as well.

 

Methods of Payment

 

We regret that payment can only be made by cheque, by arranging a 3rd party transfer, or by instalments through setting up a standing order.

For clients from abroad,  a cheque or bank draft can be sent which we should receive within 15 working days.  There will be an additional charge of £10 to cover the cost of converting a cheque into £ sterling.

 

We should receive the final balance 42 days (6 weeks) before the start date of the holiday, or earlier (except for payment by instalments which is described separately).

 

Late bookings may be made from the UK between 42 and 30 days ahead, but the booking must then be followed by full payment for the holiday within 5 working days.

 

(There is no internet booking facility.)
