Prices are all-inclusive for the three days and four nights of the tour, with meals, including an evening meal on the day of arrival, except for lunches, afternoon teas / coffees or equivalent refreshments, and alcoholic drinks. All excursions and entrance fees are included, with guided tours. Transport during the tour is included, but not transport to or from the tour location.
Travel insurance is recommended, but this is not a requirement. There is further information in the booking material.

Payment by instalments
There is an option to pay in advance by instalments over 7 months, by setting up a standing order.
Payments may be made of £50 for each adult at monthly intervals for 6 months, with the seventh and final payment consisting of the amount still owed.
The first two payments will comprise the non-refundable deposit of £100 per person.
If a child is sharing a twin room payments must be made as for an adult, with the same deposit required. (The cost will be reduced slightly for those under 12.)
For children in a family room, no deposit is required. Where the cost for the child is less than £300 this should be paid with the final payment. Otherwise instalments may be paid as above.
The final payment should be received at least 35 days before the start of the tour.
